TERMS OF SERVICE — BLNC

By placing an order through BLNC, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Use
   You agree to use the BLNC website for lawful purposes only. All product designs, logos, photos, and content are the property of BLNC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

2. Orders & Payments
   All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Once your order is placed, it begins processing and cannot be cancelled.

3. Shipping
   Orders typically take 7–10 days to arrive. BLNC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen issues once the package is shipped.

4. Returns & Exchanges
   All sales are final. BLNC does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing issues, unless an item arrives damaged.

5. Product Availability
   BLNC may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability
   BLNC is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays outside of our control, including shipping delays, carrier errors, or website malfunctions.

7. Privacy
   Any personal information submitted during checkout is used only for order processing and communication. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
